Shipping Policy
At Beri Crush, the goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, clear, and convenient from checkout to delivery. Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide transparency at every step so you always know what to expect.
Order Processing
- Orders placed through our website are generally processed within 1–2 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
- During high‑volume periods or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but every effort is made to ship your order as quickly as possible.
- If a significant delay occurs with your order, you may be notified by email or phone so you are kept informed.
Shipping Rates And Delivery Times
- Shipping is a flat $9 on orders under $150, one rate anywhere in the United States.
- Orders of $150 or more ship free.
- Once your order is with the carrier, delivery normally takes 2–8 days depending on your location.
Shipping Restrictions
- Orders are shipped only to valid physical addresses within the United States and U.S. territories.
- At this time, Beri Crush does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes, and orders using these address types may be canceled or delayed until a valid address is provided.
Tracking And Confirmation
- Once your order leaves our facility, a shipment confirmation email is sent to you that includes your tracking number.
- Tracking details typically become active within about 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress and estimated delivery of your package online.
Lost Or Damaged Packages
- Every order is packed with care, but Beri Crush is not responsible for packages that are lost while in transit with the shipping carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to start a damage claim, and keep all original packaging materials and damaged items to support the claim process.
International Shipping
- Beri Crush does not currently offer international shipping outside the United States and U.S. territories.
- Expansion of shipping options may be considered in the future, and appreciation is extended for your understanding in the meantime.
Thank you for choosing Beri Crush. The team looks forward to providing you with quality products and dependable service on every order.
