Shipping Restrictions
- Orders are shipped only to valid physical addresses within the United States and U.S. territories.
- At this time, Beri Crush does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes, and orders using these address types may be canceled or delayed until a valid address is provided.
Tracking And Confirmation
- Once your order leaves our facility, a shipment confirmation email is sent to you that includes your tracking number.
- Tracking details typically become active within about 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress and estimated delivery of your package online.
Lost Or Damaged Packages
- Every order is packed with care, but Beri Crush is not responsible for packages that are lost while in transit with the shipping carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to start a damage claim, and keep all original packaging materials and damaged items to support the claim process.
International Shipping
- Beri Crush does not currently offer international shipping outside the United States and U.S. territories.
