Refund Timeframe
After the delivery date, customers have seven days to request a refund or return. To guarantee prompt processing, please make sure to get in touch with us during this window.
Return and Exchange Conditions

- Return/Exchange Frequency: Each customer may request one return or exchange per calendar month.
- Refund Limit: Refunds apply only to orders up to $100, excluding shipping fees.
- Orders Over $100: Any refund requests for orders exceeding this amount will be handled at Beri Crush’s discretion.
- Flavor or Product Preference: Returns cannot be accepted based on product or flavor preference. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Return Process
Your request for a return or refund will be examined and handled within one to two business days of receipt. Before returning any items, you must obtain a return authorization from Beri Crush. In order to enhance our offerings, we might ask for product feedback.
Non-Defective Returns
For returns involving non-defective products:
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- The returned item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Product Inspection and Defects
Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery. Only defective items may be returned or exchanged. Within seven days of delivery, get in touch with us if you see a problem.
- Opened Products: If a product has been opened, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping charges if they were not included in the product price.
Returns or exchanges that do not follow these conditions may be ineligible for processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Beri Crush is not liable for any loss or theft of a package once the carrier marks it as delivered. Please email support@bericrush.com if you believe your order was misplaced or stolen so we can help you submit a claim to the carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, being marked “unclaimed,” or otherwise deemed undeliverable, please contact us by email. We will process a refund as soon as the package is returned to our facility. A 25% restocking fee may apply to orders that were eligible for free shipping.
